One of the major challenges in social work is with the major inconsistent with social work training.
This problem is revealed when two or more graduates and student who undergoe the same course, but from different institutions end up with very different understanding of what social work profession is; its’ principles, models of practice, code of ethics, etc.
It is for this reason that the Association of Social Work Educators in Kenya has planned for this session to discuss the core Units should be covered in a BSW curriculum.
