The only reason why we still have Millions of Women underpaid, denied access to education, property and are being treated like goods is because of a society that is afraid of the power, intelligence and capacity of women to be much more than how they look & the use of their bodies.
It is equally a result of women who rather than build up their fellow women, they take advantage of their vulnerability and become the oppressors of their own.
So Happy International Women’s Day to every woman who keeps on trying; to stay in school, to build a business, to support her family, to pursue her dreams.
