12. Read and Study the books, research, publications and reports of other social workers (researchers, educators and practitioners)
Every writing, whether it’s a book like the one by Caroline or Davis, researches by people like Dr. Wilkins, publications, like the ones by Dr. Mavole or Jeremiah, academic books by Prof. Wairire or reports by Mr. Mbugua, George and also from our professional bodies; KNASW, ASWEK, KEMSWA
Its simply not true that we do not have social work material, yes it may not be a lot but we still have some and we can learn a lot from what we have.
13. Give other people credit for the work and contribution they have made.
Whether it is a student, an intern, a volunteer, a mentor, a supervisor.
